A healthcare service company and its strategic technology partner gathered to reflect on how they could get more out of their partnership and optimise the collaboration across the companies.
The graphic facilitation created the conditions to have a better meeting in which ideas and opinions could be discussed in open and friendly environment. The facilitator took them through a number of structured conversations covering why, what and how things must change.
